Project Manager

We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of such projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects and will be able to provide guidance and communication to the project team.

Responsibilities

•  Managing the full lifecycle of IT development projects from initiation to closure.
•  Working closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders using an agile methodology of delivery.
•  Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
•  Monitoring project progress and communicate status/updates to all stakeholders (both internally and externally) including project health, risks, and issues.
•  Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and user expectations as discussed with the clients.

Requirements

•  At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering IT projects successfully.
•  Strong technical background and understanding of development processes and methodologies.
•  Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
•  Comfortable using project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
